How to Order

Where can I purchase Watson products?

All Watson furniture is made to order in our factory in Poulsbo, WA. Contact your local Sales Rep who will introduce you to an authorized dealer. Together they will help facilitate the specification, ordering, delivering, and installation.

How can I get set up as a new dealer / apply for credit?

Please fill out our Watson Welcome Packet and return it to your local Sales Rep or Account Manager.

What are your payment terms?

Terms of payment is established based on the credit rating and credit information on your credit application. Orders are invoiced at time of shipment. Standard payment terms are 50% due at time of order and 50% due before shipment. Approved credit levels may be extended to net thirty (30) days.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Credit card payments are accepted on orders up to $5000.

Is there a minimum order amount?

There is no minimum order amount, however, there is a minimum freight charge of $150.

What is your leadtime?

Our lead times vary dependent on our factory demand. Please see our Lead Time terms.

What are your freight charges?

6% of total list will be added to orders under the following List price thresholds. Watson covers freight on orders above the following thresholds:

  • ZONE 1 - Washington State Counties: King, Pierce, and Kitsap - No surcharge
  • ZONE 2 - WA (outside King, Pierce, and Kitsap Counties), OR and CA - $15,000 List. Minimum freight charge $150.
  • ZONE 3 - Contiguous US (outside of WA, OR, and CA) - $20,000 List. Minimum freight charge $150.
  • CANADA - $20,000 List. GST & PST, or HST tax will be calculated as a percentage of net and added to all orders. Minimum freight charge $150.

Can I purchase Watson products outside of the US?

Watson can ship to the freight forwarder of your choice within the continental USA, normal freight charges apply. To carton and prepare your order for international shipping, an additional 5% of List price applies, in addition to normal freight charges.

How quickly can I expect an acknowledgment for my order?

Acknowledgments are typically sent out 2-3 days after a clean purchase order has been received. This is can vary based on order flow, and clarifications that might be required by our order entry team.

What if I need to cancel an order?

All Watson furniture is made to order. Acknowledged orders may not be changed or canceled without consent of Watson, as we have likely started the manufacturing process of your order. In the event of cancellations prior to the start of production for standard products, customers will be liable for a cancellation charges of 25%. How long does pricing on my quote last?

Our quotes are guaranteed for 60 days from the date on the quote.

Does Watson accept refunds?

All Watson products are made to order and may not be returned unless authorized in writing by Watson. Watson may deem it necessary to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for defective or failing product in a warranty situation. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.

How do I request finish samples?

Please email your local sales rep with your request, and Watson will mail the samples out to you.

Where can I find CAD and Revit symbols?

Downloadable Revit and CAD symbols can be found in our Symbol Library.

What trash/recycling bins will work with the Bahn Recycle Center?

Standard 10 gallon bins will fit in any of our Bahn Recycle Centers.

12"D Recycle Center: interior depth of cabinet is 11"D

15"D Recycle Center: interior depth of cabinet is 13.5"D

Interior width of each unit:

  • 60"W Recycle Center: 19"W cabinets
  • 54"W Recycle Center: 17"W cabinets
  • 48"W Recycle Center: 15"W cabinets

How do I get replacement parts for my existing furniture?

Please email service@watsonfg.com describing the problem, and we will facilitate getting the right parts out to you.
