Designed for ultimate customization, the Essential Desk features extensive height adjustability, multiple control options, and a variety of surface shapes, accessories, and add-ons. For untethered workstations, the Mobility Kit includes casters and a rechargeable battery pack to take height adjustability on-the-go.

- Three bases to choose from: fixed height (29.5”), standard height adjustable (27" - 43.5"), or extended height adjustable (22" - 48.5")
- Surface shapes include rectangle, super ellipse, corner, and verve; edge profiles are available in 90 or knife
- Optional screen accessories and pendent drawer help personalize the workspace
- Legs come standard in silver, white, or black powdercoat but other color options are available to specify
- Three control switch options: Watson's proprietary in-surface controls, programmable paddle switch, and an advanced paddle switch with display, all Bluetooth compatible
- Optional grommet positioned left, right, or centered
- Optional under-surface utility power provides four additional power outlets
- Cable management is easy with our Universal E-chain

Materials
Laminate
- Our GREENGUARD-certified laminates are comprised of phenolic resin and kraft paper and contain 22% recycled content.
Liquid Finishes
- Watson’s liquid finishes are UV-cured, plant-based oil finishes (Tung and Linseed oils). These finishes contain 100% solids, meaning no petroleum-based thinners are added and no VOCs are released.
Powder Coating
- Watson uses PFAS Free powder (perfluorinated and polyfluorinated alkyl substances).
Edge Banding
- We use polypropylene edge banding as the standard edge for Watson products and provide a PVC-free product.
Steel
- The steel we purchase is 100% recyclable and contains approximately 24% recycled content.
Wood
- As a standard, Watson uses NAUF (No Added Urea Formaldehyde) particle board and MDF from our suppliers in Klamath Falls and Medford, OR. We do this on 1 1/8”, ¾” and ½” boards so for desks, storage components and storage cladding.
