Expiration Date: 90 days from the effective date, including weekends and holidays, concluding on Tuesday March 4, 2025, 11:59 PM PST

Watson Furniture is excited to offer a special promotion for qualifying orders invoiced during the promotional period. By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

  1. This closed promotion is open to individuals or entities who:
    • Place a single qualifying order of at least $10,000 NET (excluding taxes, fees, and shipping costs) with Watson Furniture.
    • The order submitted to Watson within the 90-day promotional period, before March 4, 2025 at 11:59PM PST, starting from the specified effective date, Tuesday December 3, 2024 at 12:00 AM PST.
  2. Orders must be placed directly with Watson Furniture.
  3. Only one promotional award (one (1) set of AirPods Max headphones valued at $549.00) will be issued per qualifying order.
  4. Even if multiple orders are submitted during the promotional period, an individual will only be awarded the one (1) set of AirPods Max headphones.

Award Details

  1. The award for this promotion is one (1) set of Apple AirPods Max headphones valued at $549.00, plus applicable taxes and shipping fees.
  2. The award is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other products. The award can only go to the contact associated with the email in our system that received the original promotional invite.
  3. Delivery of the award will occur after the qualifying order has been invoiced.
  4. Watson Furniture is not responsible if the award is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit or once it has been delivered.

Exclusions

  1. Orders placed prior to the promotional start date or after the expiration date are not eligible.
  2. This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special offers.
  3. Canceled or returned orders will forfeit eligibility for the award.

General Terms

  1. Watson Furniture reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  2. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Any disputes arising from this promotion will be governed by the laws of the state of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  4. This offer is a closed promotion; only available to the original recipient at their preferred shipping address.
  5. Limit of one award per person or entity during the promotional period.
  6. Individuals who do not have their project invoiced within the effective beginning and end dates, but do start a project with our team in that period are eligible to receive one (1) Miir Watson Traveler, valued at $40 plus applicable taxes and shipping fees. This is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other products. The Miir Watson Traveler can only go to the contact associated with the email in our system that received the original promotional invite.
